Can I send a Bangla Bati's item as a gift?

Yes, you can. Simply let us know during your order, and we can arrange safe packaging and delivery to your desired address. For bulk gifting (such as corporate orders), please contact our sales team directly.

Do you have a catalog?

Yes, we do. You can download our latest product catalog from the website or request a soft copy via email. Printed catalogs are also available upon request.

What methods of payment do you accept?

My package is missing! What do I do?

If your order has not arrived on time, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We will immediately track your shipment and update you with the delivery status or arrange a replacement if needed.

When will I receive my pre-ordered item?

Pre-order items usually take 2–4 weeks depending on product type and stock availability. For custom-designed lighting solutions, delivery times may vary. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, pre-orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations may not be possible if production has already started. Please contact our sales team for assistance.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a purchase receipt. For industrial/custom orders, return eligibility will be discussed at the time of purchase.

Can I get a replacement for my broken/defective item?

Yes. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will replace it free of charge under our warranty terms. Please report the issue within 72 hours of delivery with photo/video proof for faster processing.
